My name is Nancy Santiago and I was born in California, but my family moved to Memphis, Tennessee and it has had a big place in my heart ever since! I have always been very active in helping my Hispanic community in interpreting for school and public events and eventually became a medical interpreter and a medical assistant. I worked in the medical field for over 10 years, but my real passion was always assisting in immigration. I was drawn even more to it when I went through the immigration process for my parents. I feel medical and legal decisions are very important and the
language barrier should not be a stressing factor on top of already difficult decisions. That is why I enjoy working as a Paralegal for Cobb Law Group, because I can assist many of our clients in their own language and be able to relate to many of my own clients from my own personal experiences. I like to go by some advice my parents gave me when I was very young: If you work in anything involving customer service, treat the client, talk to the client, and provide the client the same type of service you would like to receive if you were in their shoes. I am married to my best friend and high school sweetheart, Emmanuel, and we enjoy spending time with our fur baby Tobi at Shelby Farms.
