Attorney Haley N. Smith
Haley was born and raised in Hendersonville, Tennessee. She and her family are Hendersonville natives and have always called Hendersonville home.
She attended Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. During her time as an undergrad, she was also a member of the Trevecca Nazarene University NCAA Division II Soccer Team, with whom she competed for two years of her undergrad career before suffering two career-ending knee injuries. Haley had always wanted to pursue a legal career but during her senior year in college, she decided that she wanted to be able to work and attend law school at the same time.
Haley attended Nashville School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee, where she earned her Juris Doctor. While at Nashville School of Law, Haley was a member of the Legal Aid Society and worked with Judge Rosenberg in the Juvenile Courts of Davidson County representing indigent clients for Juvenile matters. While at Nashville School of Law, Haley worked as a law clerk and paralegal at a local firm where she was able to work hands-on in the legal profession and learn so much about various areas of law and how the day-to-day practice was conducted.
After graduating from law school, Haley moved back to her hometown of Hendersonville with her husband and son, Jackson.
She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time on the lake, cheering on her beloved Tennessee Titans, and family time with her husband, Bryan, and son, Jackson.
