Taylor Davidson, Cobb Law Group, LP

Attorney Taylor Davidson

Taylor was born in Denton, Texas and spent much of her childhood growing up in Redding, California. Her parents are Texas natives, and they relocated to Tomball, Texas for her high school years.

She attended the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. During her time as an undergrad, she was also a member of the University of Evansville’s NCAA Division I Swim Team, with whom she competed all four years under a full tuition athletic scholarship. In her Junior year, Taylor decided to continue her education in a way that would best help serve her community and pursue a law degree.

Taylor attended Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee, where she earned her Juris Doctor. While at Belmont, she was heavily involved as both a student and a community leader: she was a member of the Student Bar Association, where she served as the American Bar Association student representative to Belmont University College of Law, as well as a member of Christian Legal Society. Taylor also served as an Admissions Ambassador for the law school, recruiting prospective students and serving as a representative of the school to the Nashville legal community.

She strove to make herself a diverse legal practitioner during her time in law school. She has fostered a passion for Business Law, Corporations, and Probate and Estate Planning, as well as all manners of contract drafting and transactional work. Taylor excelled in both Trial Advocacy and Contract Drafting practicums and prides herself on her ability to adapt to any setting to fulfill her clients’ needs. She has previous experience interning with the General Counsel of Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center in Nashville, gaining exposure and experience in a wide array of legal work.

Taylor fell in love with Middle Tennessee during law school and desired to stay here to begin her legal career. She is a member of the American Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association.

Outside of the office Taylor enjoys staying active (preferably outside and near water!) and spending quality time with friends.
